Mike Taravella

Mike is responsible for back-office support, system implementation, Accounting, and asset management.

Mike has purchased and owns over $65MM in multifamily assets throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Colorado. Prior to joining Bluefin, Mike led the asset management team for another private equity firm whose assets under management exceeded 1,500 units and $175MM in value. Mike was responsible for creating and implementing operational systems across the internal property management group. Mike actively consults for large family offices who look to tap into his unique ability to implement systems and scale complex organizations. Prior to joining the private equity space, Mike was a senior in the audit practice for one of the big four accounting firms, EY.

Mike is currently a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan. He received his Bachelor and Master’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
